* The cutoff date for Pre Registration is May 7th, 2010 EXTENDED!

* Refunds will be issued if requested 72 hours prior to the event.

* Drag Racing is limited to 200 cars and registration will cease once it is sold out.

* Should an event experience a rain out, we will try to refund all monies

* All participants that are racing are responsible to make sure their vehicle passes Tech Inspection

* Refunds will not be available to participants who's Vehicle fail Tech Inspection
(They may substitute for another vehicle that meets the track and organizers approval)

* Pre paid event participants will be required to show ID at the Will Call window

* Your contact information may be shared with event sponsors.
